1. Why should I choose you?

I have decades of experience and have been designing websites since 1998. The after sales service I provide is second to none and as I only work with one client at a time, you get the attention to detail that you and your website deserves. Over the years I have designed so many different types of sites in practically every industry imaginable. Being an expert in customising the powerful features of WordPress & Joomla content management systems enables me to fine-tune details that are feature-rich to satisfy your every functionality request.
2. How long will my site take to be ready?

On average, my websites are completed between 1-2 weeks. Obviously this is also dependent on the client submitting usable content in a timely manner.
3. Will there be any down-time from my old site to when the new one launches?

Ordinarily 'NO'! I work on a secret folder or ip address that only you and I can see and then when you are happy to launch, we switch it over. If the new website is going to the same domain and hosting as your old one then the change-over is instant. If its going to a new domain then that could take 24-48 hours before it is seen across the WWW.
4. Can I see what is going on as you design my site?

Yes! In fact, I strongly encourage it! I like to work transparently so you can see what is happening every step of the way and suggest any changes you may have in mind. The work in progress can be accessed via a secret login that you will have.

1. How much does it cost?

One of the most asked questions. The answer is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" as there are so many variables and differences to every website. The best thing would be to email me with as much information as possible and i will get back to you right away. I always like to stay within a budget and still go far beyond expectations wherever possible.
2. Will it be easy for me to update and change content myself?

YES! All our websites are built on a very powerful content management system that allows you to login as an administrator then browse the site as you normally would, however you will see a small edit button on each page that when clicked, opens up a live editing page.
3. If I need help with anything later, are you available?

Always available and happy to provide after sales support!
4. Will I own my Website and Domain?

YES! And this is VERY IMPORTANT! I have had clients who have used cheap web designers who have registered or hosted their websites under their name and eventually disappeared leaving the rightful website owner (you) with no way of logging in or changing the content or anything else! I ALWAYS make sure that YOU are the person who registers and owns the domain and the website hosting!
