HOW IT WORKS.

Most HMP problems can be narrowed down by identifying which part of the workflow is actually failing: display, customer data, payment, fulfilment, email, renewal or access.

01

START WITH THE RECORD

Open the affected customer, order or service and confirm its current state before changing settings. Many apparent front-end problems are actually caused by incomplete or mismatched record data.

02

PAYMENT PROBLEMS

If a payment looks wrong, compare HMP with the external Stripe or bank record. Confirm whether payment succeeded before changing order or fulfilment states.

03

EMAIL PROBLEMS

Check your WordPress mail delivery configuration as well as HMP's email settings. A correctly generated HMP email still depends on the website being able to deliver mail reliably.

04

PORTAL OR ACCESS PROBLEMS

Confirm the WordPress user is associated with the intended HMP customer and test with a normal customer account. Clear caching when customer-specific content appears stale.

05

BEFORE CONTACTING SUPPORT

Note the affected page, customer/order/service, what you expected to happen, what actually happened and any visible error message. Screenshots and a clear reproduction path make support dramatically faster.

KEEP THE RECORD AUTHORITATIVE.

HMP works best when the client, order, payment and service records reflect what is actually happening in your hosting business. Before changing a status or date, check the underlying customer or payment event and update HMP to match the real-world state.
