INVOICES & PAYMENTS
Configure invoicing, Stripe and manual payment workflows, receipts and payment status handling.
HOW IT WORKS.
HMP supports practical payment handling for hosting businesses while keeping invoices and receipts connected to the customer and order workflow.
01
CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT WORKFLOW
Configure the payment methods you intend to offer. HMP is designed around Stripe for automated card payment and manual bank transfer for customers who pay outside the automated checkout flow.
02
STRIPE
Complete the Stripe settings and test the flow before accepting live payments. Confirm that successful payments update the expected order state and that you can continue to fulfil the order separately.
03
MANUAL PAYMENTS
For bank transfer or another manual arrangement, use the order/payment controls to confirm payment once the funds have actually been received. Do not fulfil an unpaid order unless you intentionally want to create the service first.
04
INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
Keep your business details correct so generated invoice and receipt information is professional and consistent. Review customer details before sending documents, especially when a business name or billing address matters.
05
RECONCILIATION
If an order appears wrong, compare the HMP order state with the actual Stripe or bank transaction before changing anything. Treat the external payment record as the payment evidence and HMP as the operational record.

WORKFLOW PRINCIPLE

KEEP THE RECORD AUTHORITATIVE.
HMP works best when the client, order, payment and service records reflect what is actually happening in your hosting business. Before changing a status or date, check the underlying customer or payment event and update HMP to match the real-world state.
