IMPORT, EXPORT & BACKUP

HOW IT WORKS.

HMP includes data movement and backup tools so client and service information can be migrated, reviewed or recovered without rebuilding everything manually.

CSV IMPORT

Use CSV import when you need to bring structured client or service data into HMP. Start with a small test import and check the result before importing a large production file.

CSV EXPORT

Export data when you need an external copy for review, reporting or migration. Store exports securely because client and service data may contain sensitive business information.

BACKUP

Use the complete backup function before large imports, migrations or significant configuration changes. A recent backup gives you a known recovery point if the result is not what you expected.

RESTORE

Treat restore as a deliberate recovery operation. Preview or verify what the backup contains, then restore only when you are comfortable that it is the correct dataset and point in time.

MIGRATION WORKFLOW

For a site move, back up the source site, move WordPress normally, then verify HMP data, customer access, payment configuration and scheduled behaviour on the destination before switching customers to it.
