Install HMP, configure the essentials and understand the hosting management workflow.

HOW IT WORKS.

Hosting Manager Pro keeps clients, recurring services, orders, payments, invoices, renewals and customer access together inside WordPress. The easiest way to learn HMP is to configure the essentials first, then follow one complete test workflow from product to fulfilment.

1. INSTALL AND ACTIVATE

Install and activate Hosting Manager Pro in WordPress, then open the HMP area in the WordPress admin. Before entering live client data, review the main settings so your business details, emails, payment method and renewal behaviour are correct.

2. CONFIGURE THE ESSENTIALS

Start with your business identity and customer-facing details. Then configure payment handling, invoice information and the settings that control how HMP communicates with customers. If you use Stripe, complete its configuration before testing a purchase.

3. CREATE YOUR FIRST PRODUCT

Create one simple hosting or service product and place it in an appropriate category. Use a real plan structure you understand so the first test mirrors the workflow you will use with clients.

4. RUN A TEST ORDER

Create or use a test customer, place a test order, confirm the payment state and then fulfil the order. HMP deliberately separates payment from fulfilment, so the live service begins when you decide the order is ready to be activated.

5. CHECK THE RESULT

Confirm that the customer, service, order and invoice information all line up, then view the customer-facing portal. Once that flow looks correct, you can start adding your real products and customers.
