HOW IT WORKS.

HMP is designed to sit behind your business, not replace your brand. Configure the customer-facing presentation so invoices, portal screens and service experiences feel like part of your own website.

01

BUSINESS IDENTITY

Enter the business details customers should see. Use the trading name, contact information and invoice details you actually want shown on customer-facing material.

02

LOGO AND COLOURS

Apply your brand logo and colours in the front-end branding settings. Choose strong contrast and test buttons, links and status elements on both desktop and mobile.

03

CUSTOMER-FACING CONSISTENCY

Keep terminology consistent between your website, HMP products, emails and customer portal. If your website calls a plan Managed WordPress Hosting, do not label the same service Basic Plan inside HMP.

04

EMAIL AND DOCUMENT BRANDING

Review the sender identity and customer-facing document information together. Small inconsistencies in company name, reply address or invoice details make an otherwise polished system feel disconnected.

05

TEST AS A CUSTOMER

Log in with a test customer account, view the portal and complete a test purchase. Branding is finished only when the full customer journey feels coherent.

KEEP THE RECORD AUTHORITATIVE.

HMP works best when the client, order, payment and service records reflect what is actually happening in your hosting business. Before changing a status or date, check the underlying customer or payment event and update HMP to match the real-world state.
