Invoices & Receipts

Generate professional PDF invoices and receipts, attach them to fulfilled customer emails and keep them available from the customer account.

Digital Product Manager Pro generates PDF purchase documents using the business, invoice and receipt information configured in Settings. Fulfilled customer emails can include the generated PDF as an attachment, while the document remains available through My Digital Products.

1. Configure Business Details

Go to Digital Products > Settings and complete the invoice and receipt details you want shown to customers.

Configure your business information and branding before taking live orders.

2. Generated Documents

Fulfilled orders can provide downloadable PDF invoices or receipts. The document reflects the final order details, including the amount actually paid after any active Sale price or valid discount.

3. Bank Transfer and Document Timing

When a customer chooses bank transfer, DPM first creates a pending order and emails the customer your payment instructions together with the order number as the payment reference. The order is not fulfilled at this stage.

After the payment arrives, the merchant uses Confirm bank payment & fulfil from Orders. Fulfilment then grants the customer's product access, creates any applicable licence and generates the final invoice or receipt for the fulfilled order.

4. PDF Email Attachment

After fulfilment, DPM can attach the generated invoice or receipt PDF directly to the customer fulfilment email. This gives the customer an immediate copy without removing the account-based document access.

Merchant/admin order notification emails remain text-based; the customer-facing fulfilment email is the one that receives the PDF attachment.

5. Customer Access

Customers can retrieve available purchase documents through their My Digital Products account even after receiving the PDF by email.

Keep your business details current so newly generated documents contain the correct information.

With your business and invoice details configured, DPM can generate customer-facing PDF documents as part of fulfilment, attach them to the fulfilled customer email and retain them in My Digital Products.
