Digital Product Manager Pro provides customers with a dedicated My Digital Products area for fulfilled purchases, protected downloads, software licences, invoices and account information.

1. Customer Account Page

Select or confirm the customer account page under DPM Settings. Customers sign in to this private page to manage products that have been fulfilled and granted to their account.

2. Products & Downloads

The Products area shows the customer's fulfilled products, product type and version information where relevant, protected download availability and entitlement period. Available invoice or receipt documents remain accessible from the customer account.

3. Software Licences

Licensed products appear in the Licences area with licence status, activation usage and entitlement information. Customers can use this information when activating or managing their software. Renewing a time-limited entitlement extends access without turning the purchase into an automatic recurring subscription.

4. Account Privacy

The customer account area is private customer-facing functionality and should not be treated as public website content. DPM automatically applies noindex protection to the My Digital Products page, regardless of whether Yoast, Rank Math or another SEO plugin is installed.

Customer access is entitlement-based. A Stripe purchase can be fulfilled automatically after successful payment, while a bank-transfer purchase remains pending until the merchant confirms payment and fulfils the order. Pending bank-transfer orders do not grant customer product access.
