CHARITY EVENT WEB DESIGN PERTH
Electrical Industry Luncheon
A bold website and brand refresh for the Perth Electrical Industry Luncheon, combining fundraising, ticketing, event galleries and a new visual identity in support of Breast Cancer Care WA.

THE PROJECT
DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE.
BUILT TO PERFORM.
The Perth Electrical Industry Luncheon brings together businesses and people from across Western Australia’s electrical industry for an annual fundraising event supporting Breast Cancer Care WA.
What began in 2016 as an idea between six friends has grown into a major annual industry gathering, with hundreds of guests attending and more than $424,550 raised for Breast Cancer Care WA.
Delicious Web Design originally developed the organisation’s website and continues to provide ongoing website management and annual event updates.
In 2026, the website underwent a substantial visual refresh to better reflect the scale, energy and impact of the event.
A completely new visual identity was developed for the Perth Electrical Industry Luncheon, combining contemporary typography with an electrical cable and pulse motif. Deep purple, magenta and cyan accents were carried throughout the redesigned website to create a distinctive and cohesive event brand.
The homepage was restructured around the organisation’s story and fundraising impact, with prominent fundraising statistics, event photography, historical galleries and clear information about Breast Cancer Care WA.
Particular attention was given to the event registration process. Attendees are required to first make a charitable donation before purchasing their luncheon ticket, so a dedicated two-step interface was created to make the process immediately understandable:
Step 1 — Make Your Donation
Step 2 — Buy Your Ticket
The website also maintains an expanding archive of event photography from previous years, documenting the growth of the luncheon and the contribution made by Western Australia’s electrical industry.
Behind the scenes, the website was also modernised with Divi 5, removal of obsolete legacy components, an updated PHP environment and responsive optimisation.
The result is a bold, modern event website that better reflects both the professionalism of the electrical industry and the extraordinary community effort behind the fundraiser.
